I think Dead Red nailed it. Phil has a kynd soul making
music for the people who get/like it.
2001 was a great (or grate, depending on which end is up)
year for Phils music to me.
And dont be afraid of a 22 min Wharf...they cover a lot of
ground; dynamics, tempo, etc...
There are great transitions through out the entire show,
so I really cant narrow it down for you. But, Im bias.
The only song I would skip are 1000 stars, and I never
really liked Blues For Allah...but thats a different story.
Rainy Day Women Jam always brings a smile to my face,
considering the date.
I totally blame Molo for all this. He was the poop with
Hornsby, but he and Phil took it to a whole higher level.
And I suppose the in-ear monitors helped.
Just listen to it and see if you like it is all I can say.
